Matthew Hutchinson is an Investment Strategist for the Portfolio Strategy Group within BNY Mellon Investment Management. In this role, Mr. Hutchinson is responsible for wholistic portfolio construction insights, asset allocation guidance, risk assessment, macroeconomic analysis, and the production of thought leadership.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Mr. Hutchinson was an Investment Specialist at JPMorgan Asset Management, where he was responsible for driving multi-asset sales, delivering investment commentary and market views, and serving as a conduit between the firm's capabilities and an institutional client base. Previously, he worked at AXA Equitable helping to service and manage relationships for high- and ultra-high net worth clients.

Mr. Hutchinson holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Pace University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society of New York, with over 10 years of industry experience.
